Rated this as 3 at this time. Have not utilized coffee pot. Undecided as to return or keep. Purchased this product based on reviews and, per Brutrek website, the press appears to be made in Colorado. But the "fine print" specifically states "Designed & Field Tested" in Colorado. That's on me that I didn't read through the "Double Speak". I have already sent Brutrek and email regarding the same. American Company more concerned with profit margins than American workers. Sad.

Very nice design, very practical.Little bit difficult to open plastic covering.

It took me a half hour to get the strength to twist open the rubber lid, and I needed a gripper to do it. Now I can close it tight enough to line up the spout with the handle. It's really for campers, nit attractive to keep in the kitchen. I'll return it as soon as the stores open
