I've had a Polti Vaporetto since 1999 and it runs like a champ so I never thought I'd need anything else. But, it can be a pain because it's bigger, like a canister vac. I was pleasantly surprised to find Polti now has a handheld steam cleaner! The attachments are handy and it heats up (and cools down) quickly -- perfect for those quick steam clean jobs! The build quality seems okay; the plastic exterior held up fine when I accidentally dropped it about 4' into the tub. One negative is that it's so very LOUD -- a lot of steam power blasting through a small hose! I think I'll need to start using hearing protection, especially in an echo-y bathroom.

I have been buying Polti products for years and love them all. My new Polti portable steam unit is no exception. This unit produces both max heat (275 F) and max pressure (43 PSI) and the combination of the two always delivers what I need to sanitize everything and easily. Also, the heat and pressure always stays consistent because it comes out of the boiler so it’s real quick once you get started. If you have not sanitize steamed using a boiler, get one now as nothing else compares. I haven’t used all the attachments yet, but i’m sure I’ll get to all of them soon including the window washer. The extra long cord is great too as I move from room to room without interruption. Great product!

My wife bought this to defrost the ice buildup in our Samsung fridge ice maker (A flaw in these refrigerators that Samsung won’t fix.). Couldn’t open the top to add water on the first one we received, so we returned it and got a replacement. The replacement opened right away and she’s been using it weekly just to keep the ice under control. Takes just a few minutes each week. She’s also started using it to clean other places around the house.

We have dogs. Multiple dogs. They zoom in and out (especially in summer) and bring all kinds of weird stuff into the house. So I'm constantly doing touch-ups: to floors, to upholstery, to the lower section of our sliding glass doors. Already own a Polti floor steam cleaner and LOVE it (fantastic quality and functionality)In the past, I've used my Polti floor steam cleaner to fight back a flea infestation on our TV couch. This is a great product, exactly what I was looking for. Great, consistent steam pressure and temperature, lasts 15 minutes or maybe a bit longer of constant steaming. The attachments are very useful. I get a lot out of this steamer, especially in the kitchen where I don’t want to use chemical cleaners. Easy to use and effective.

Poured filtered water as instructed, sealed with a cap, plugged in the device, waited for about 15 mins; pressed the button to turn it on - No steam. Pressed the button longer, still no steam. Opened this too late and now unable to return.

We wanted to get a handheld for quick and easy sanitizing in our kitchen and bathrooms and this unit delivers. It has all the steam pressure of a floor unit and also just as hot. Great unit, we recommend it 100%!

I bought this product after reading the reviews. I like the speed with which it heats up and I like the fill capacity. It puts out a lot of steam so have dry towels ready to wipe up. Variety of nozzles to Get into all crevasses and corners.
