This balaclava does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It keeps my face and neck warm in cold weather and blocks the wind really well. The material feels soft on the inside and breathable enough that it’s not uncomfortable to wear for long periods. It fits snug without being too tight and works great under a hat or helmet. Definitely a solid buy for winter weather!

I’m so thrill I brought this and totally worth it. I went to Colorado snow ski in March 2026 and it was very windy up in the mountains. So I switch from my regular ski mask to this one. It really keep my face so warm and my face never felt a cold again. I do believe this ski mask is thick enough.

Item is form-fitting around the head and keeps you warm, that is about it. This item is NOT fog-proof if you are wearing glasses or other eye covering. The plastic mouth cover was misshapen upon arrival and does not fit securely across the nose or mouth. Even after heating it up with a hair dryer to relax the plastic, it would not form correctly. This headpiece would need to be much more skin tight to stay in place.

I was tired of the usual tophalf/bottom half style, that only blew opened when snowblowing letting in jets of snow of ice, so I bought this. The fit is problematic at best. The head part of the neoprene is almost too tight while the face covering is loose as a cooked goose. The opeing around the eyes is too tight not allowing for googles to sit against the skin, making a tight seal. Since the rubber mouth area is so loose is just directs warm moist air up into googles, fogging them up before I ever walked outside. What kind of ski mask is incompatable with goggles? I ended up cutting out the entire rubber part and widening the opening on the sides of the eyes to allow for google seal. Now it covers the head great and isnt bad on the neck but has no face protection at all. It is very warm though, too warm. With a hat I overheated fast and had to remove this item. If you are not sweating then this would do fine but if you are shoveling snow then prepare for overheat.

I’ve tried numerous balaclava masks and they all fog up my glasses, which makes them pointless. This one actually does not fog up my glasses. It’s because the front valve system properly directs my exhaled air away from my glasses. But also, wearing my glasses with the mask is seamless. I don’t have to fiddle with my glasses to get them positioned, they just naturally fits perfectly and everything works as you would expected.

Die Maske habe ich für meinen Sohn gekauft, zum Mountainbiken bei geringen Temperaturen. Hält gut warm und die Atmung wird nicht beeinträchtigt. Lässt sich waschen und geht nicht ein. Sehr zu empfehlen für Wintersportler.
