Excellent quality liposomal vitamin C. Liposomal vitamin C hits your system faster it goes in through your fat I think. This is a really good quality brand. Basically with liposomal vitamin C you can take higher amounts of it without it making you sick to your stomach. Super easy to swallow Doesn’t give you any weird aftertaste. I was using it to megadose on vitamin C and it worked really well for me.

I've been taking capsule form of Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) for Years and decided it was time to upgrade to the latest technology and give Liposomal Vitamin C a chance. I was skeptical at first because science tells me that Vitamin C is water soluble, which means that it is not absorbed via fat, which means it cannot be Liposomal (Liposomes are Fat). However, after taking this supplement for 10 days, I can confirm via Blood Work that there has been an increase in the amount of Vitamin C in my blood. For the layman; More Vitamin C in the Blood means greater absorption. Pros: -Actual Liposomal Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid suspended in fatty triglycerides). -Smells exactly as it should (Oranges and Soy Lecithin). -Increased the amount of Vitamin C in my Blood, which means better absorption than Capsule form of Ascorbic Acid. -Good Quality Control (I count EVERY Pill in my bottles when they arrive and All 90 were present). -No Negative Side Effects. Make sure to take this with a Meal for max absorption and to avoid stomach issues. Cons: -None so far. I normally follow up after a month with updated blood work results, but this time it won't be necessary. There has already been an increase in the Vitamin C in my blood, which means this product is working as intended and does indeed have superior absorption than Ascorbic Acid in capsule form.

I FIND CARLYLE TO BE A GOOD SUPPLEMENT NOT MADE IN CHINA ( NOTHING TO DO WITH NOT LIKING CHINESE/ ORIENTAL) I LIKE ANYONE WHO IS GOOD PEOPLE!!!! THESE VITES ARE LOCAL AND 3rd PARTY TESTED THE STANDARDS FOR FOOD VITAMINS COSMETICS IS DIFFERENT QUALITY CONTROL ISN'T THE SAME THAT CAN BE A DANGEROUS THING ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE IMMUNE DEFICIENCY I HAVE 2X THAT SO I STICK TO LOCAL LIKE SOLGAR, CARLYLE, CARLYE IS NOT AS PRICEY AS SOME OTHERS I'VE BEEN USING LIPOSOMAL FOR YRS VIT C AND B THEY HAVE A MUCH HIGHER ABSORPTION THAN REGULAR C I THINK THEY'RE GOOD ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TO BUY THEM REGULARLY IT'S JUST A BETTER CHOICE!!!
