Fanless and very quiet, built very rugged. I ordered the 16GB RAM 256GB SSD version and it boots up within seconds, lightning quick. It came from China but delivery was relatively quick, I am very pleased with this. Don't waste your money on a Dell or HP, these are brilliant and at only 25W maximum output, very eco friendly. I don't like using smart TV's so I use this to drive my 4K UHD TV, gives way more options than the TV would and seamless outputIt's worth noting that the listing says the resolution is 3200 x 2000, having looked at the spec of the Intel 4400 chip and then tested it out after buying I can confirm it can actually handle full 4096x2160 4K UHD.
