Description

In the 8th film by Quentin Tarantino, 8 unknown people meet in a lonely hut in the snow - all driven through, oblique and absolutely deadly. Wyoming, a few years after the American Civil War: a carriage painstakingly makes its way through the snow towards the town of Red Rock. On board are the bounty hunter John "The Hangman" Ruth (Kurt Russell), whose prisoner Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh) as well as the hitchhiker Major Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson), who was formerly a soldier and now earns his money as a bounty hunter, and Chris Mannix (Walton Goggins), a Deserteur from the southern states who claim to be the city's new sheriff. A blizzard forces the group to stop at Minnie's small goods store. They do not meet Minnie but the mysterious Mexican Bon (Demian Bichir), the secret cowboy Joe Gage (Michael Madsen), the Confederate general Sandford Smithers (Bruce Dern) and Oswaldo Mobray (Tim Roth). As the storm rages more and more violently outside, the eight strangers understand that their meeting may not be so random and they may never reach Red Rock...
