UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and problem was resolved, easy to work with, would recommend without reservation. Was disappointed that four of the six cuticle oil pens did not work. They had to be taken apart and now seem to be working but frustrating that they didn’t work upon arrival. The oil itself seems good, it has a pleasant smell and the price was reasonable.

I didn't look at the reviews before buying this product and I really should have. Only 1 of the original pack worked, so of course I requested a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly but absolutely none of the replacements worked. In fact one of them popped completely apart when I tried to use it. The smell of the one that worked (lemon) was alright but weak and the one that popped apart (lily) was a bit strong. They look cute but aren't worth it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money on these!!! Only 1 of the 6 pens worked. I was really disappointed. EDIT: seller contacted me and made it right and sent me a new product and all of them work!! Very grateful that the seller was so understanding!!

I literally love these. They smell so good and the oil soothes my dry skin right away and keep them hydrated. I've tried cheaper oils to compare and they don't come close. These are amazing for the price and last a long time!

Love how easy these are to throw in your bag, your car, your office. Makes moisturizing your cuticles so much easier! One of them has stopped dispensing even though there’s so much product left. It just clicks and clicks. But the rest have been wonderful. Smells great too!

I purchased this to have available for a business trip and pamper myself a little while away from my kids. I brought 2 out of the six I received. BOTH (green and purple) broke when I tried to get the oil to the brush part by turning them clockwise slowly and allowing for time to let the oil creep up. One had the bottom part explode and I ended up with oil dripping out the bottom. I tried again with another once once I returned home and the same thing happened. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. I have used another brand like this before and was super impressed with it. I likely won’t try this brand again and I hope the other three I have left won’t do the same thing but…. 50% rate of failure doesn’t bode well.

On the first attempt, the first pen worked. After that, the next two broke. The pressure built up and did not come out through the bristles. Instead, it pushed the tops off. Defective. I asked for a replacement that came the next day. The first two right out of the box broke. You spin the top until you get the oil, easy, but these two broke after spinning the top. No more pushing the oil down, nothing. Kind of like a striped screw.
