Saves time and aggravation and keeps dumpling making a pleasant experience. I am so impressed with how easy to use, that I bought another for my daughter, who also loves dumplings. Few learning curves with making the fresh dumplings. 1st you have to adjust how much filling you use to fill each wrapper. I've found that 1/2 Tablespoon of filling that is leveled off on the top of your measuring spoon nails the amount needed to use. If you use too much filling? It interferes with the seal of the wrapper, because it shoots out from center of dumpling to the inside edge of wrapper where seal is needed. If you can fill the wrapper with the right amount of filling? There is literally no clean up needed. Charging this unit is a simple step of connecting USB cable. The full charging takes about 1/2 an hour. My only concern is. how long will the rechargeable battery last? I made at least 30 at 1 sitting with no problems with low battery usage. If you have kids that enjoy making things? This is a gr8 item to spend time with them in a joint effort.
