There's a learning curve and I don't recommend sleeping on them. I tried the first time and they were extremely uncomfortable. I have found that using a curling lotion on dry hair and wearing them for about 3 hours produces a very good long lasting curl so I now use them several hours before I am getting ready.

I could never get these to say in my hair. They fell out just with a turn of my head.

Surprisingly comfortable to sleep in! I had my doubts but the rods are super sponge-y. It definitely takes some getting used to getting the hair around them and bending them into circles so they stay put.

I have thick hair and put these in overnight (in dry hair) and the curls turned out great! Not very comfortable to sleep in, but other than that, great!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleased. Definitely gives the hair a bouncing curl.

Leave in damp hair, spray with a gel or put on curl mousse before wrapping in the rods. Also Bobby pins are you’re best friend here. If you move a lot like me wrap your hair in a scarf it should help.My hair looks so pretty and it’s an effort less process.
