Idk why I thought it would be big enough, but it doesn't fit my mega fluffy buddy.It works with my other cats, but they don't like it as much. I snapped off the collar part and use it as another stick toy

The media could not be loaded.  One of my cats likes this toy. it is really hard to get it on him. Once I do, it normally falls to the front. But as you can see in the video he felt the caught something. Lol

I'm not sure why i thought it would work lol. She won't even let me put it on her. To its credit, the feather part seems to be high quality. Unfortunately I'll have to send it back.
