Good light laptop
Was able to install windows 10, to avoid the excessive spying built into windows 11. It worked straightaway the rest was easy. Remember to take a backup of the drivers before if you want to follow the same path. Otherwise this is a good laptop for regular business or study not graphics work.

Laptop arrived damaged
The laptop I received was damaged on the top, with noticeable scratches, and the packaging was in terrible condition. I had to return it.

Inaccurate description
The laptop is not as described on the webpage. Listing a few differences below: 1. It's not an Intel Evo certified laptop 2. There is only one thunderbolt port but website says 2 3. The speakers are under the laptop but website shows front firing

It’s very good price also performance I loved it also tried it about month to write my accurate comment seller is very good send me invoice after lap delivered very friendly but it wasn’t with pen I don’t why But performance meet all my needs very happy and satisfied with the laptop thanks Amazon

Once in a while I am too lazy to go open my computer and sit at the desk to do what I have to do. This handy tool is a wonderful alternative and it came exactly as stated in the description, with all the pre-installed programs and I'm loving it. Splendid in so many regards.
