My dad has had severe leg and foot cramp for a few years he has tried everything on the market and all of it failed. If it works, it didn't with me. I have tried it a few times, but it does not appear to stop or diminish the cramps in my legs. I have a feeling that you have to really believe in this product for it to work, if you get my meaning. Because of the psychosomatic effect I'm sure it works on a lot of people. The hyp over the taste is overworked in my opinion. I expected a gruesome taste, but in reality it was only a little stronger than Apple Cider Vinegar, which I take for several reasons. In hindsight, I don't see how a mixture of apple cider vinegar, garlic and ginger can possibly accomplish what it says on the bottle. I took the chance, partly because I met Amish and Mennonite families during a trip to Pennsylvania, and I know that some old fashioned remedies are beneficial. Nevertheless, I was disappointed with this one. I suspect though that it's a mass produced version of the original remedy. I'll persist with the rest if the bottle and will report back if my view of this changes. Well, it cost me £12.99, the taste isn't that bad, and maybe I'm just one of this weirdos :). I'm very pleased for those it has worked for, and I wish it had for me.

This had no effect on my night cramps whatsoever. Very disappointing. If you are trying it, take care you read advice on line regarding the effect of apple cider vinegar on enamel of your teeth.

Bought to relieve horrible cramping from playing football, usd 3 x preventatively and so far no cramps , placebo who knows but either way i'm happy

I bought this twice once for me and another time for my friend. I was suffering from cramps so much and use to feel so uncomfortable as it suddenly would catch at unusual timings.
