I have only 1 1/8" from the hitch pin to the receiver edge on my vehicle. Is there any hitch extender that would make this platform work for me?

Thank you for your question. The Thule Arcos Cargo Carrier requires a hitch pin depth of 1.5", but Thule does not offer a hitch extender and do not recommend using a hitch extender for this carrier.

Is it compaitble with 2 inch receiver?

Thank you for your question. The Thule Arcos is compatible with most standard 1.25" and 2" tow hitches with a hitch pin depth at least 1.5" away from the edge of the receiver, and a 4-pin lighting harness.
