I hurt my shoulder over a week ago and have tried two different braces that were ranked highly, they were the kind that go just on the shoulder and have the band going over the rest of your body. They definitely work but not good to sleep in and not the most comfortable. I have not slept good for a week and saw these and thought I would give them a try. All I can say is, I don’t understand why there were bad reviews because it fits great and feels fantastic, as far as helping ease the pain. I have slept with it and had the best night sleep. I’ve had in a week. I got the size small and it fits perfect, a lot of the reviews said that they ran small and go with a bigger size, but I am glad I did not do that, because it would have been too big. I am a man that is 5 foot6 and 145 pounds, so maybe that will help someone in deciding what size to get.

I am very small and this was not tight enough. Not adjustable in any way. (I'm 5' and 118 pounds.)

I am a fairly small woman and the size S was too big to be effective. It didn’t offer any compression and fit kind of loosely. It seemed like a good product otherwise, I wish they offered an XS option.

It doesn’t have enough tension to pull shoulders back into place. It just comes off easily. Material has a weird smell. I have narrow shoulders, and ordered size small. It may work for people with broad shoulders.

I ordered this two different times in two different sizes. I could not get it to fit right over my chest. It wants to lay directly over your chest but as a woman, you need to either pull it up over or under your breasts. Returned both.

Works great you just need to wear it over top of a shirt!
