Seems like a good product. I have IBS so it does cause some stomach discomfort though. I’m just not sure my body tolerates this very well.

This is a great supplement if you’re looking to boost your iron levels. Mine was really low and every thing I tried upset my stomach and didn’t do much. My iron levels were up after 30 days and no stomach upset. Great product

This was my choice of supplement after never having the dial on my iron levels move with other types of iron. I wasn't expecting much, just trying it because my doctor said I was low. After 8-12 weeks of taking one suggested serving every other day (current research says absorption the day after a dose is worse), I noticed an improvement in my overall energy, stamina, and ability to breathe. I didn't realize it was possibly the supplement until discussing my iron levels with someone else. I haven't noticed any issues with digestion (I take it with food), and overall found it easy to incorporate into my routine. I think it works, but we'll see on my next blood tests.
