It bribrates and doesn't clean up.

This ear cleaner vacuum comes with 2 identical ear picks adapters and an AAA battery that is already installed inside the handle. The battery compartment can be opened by pulling the lower handle away from the power button.The operation is simple with the on/off button. It makes a big buzzing sound like a giant bumblebee when placing it near your ears. The vacuum suction power is very weak. I couldn't feel any suction air flow at all with my finger placing near the inlet. This tiny vacuum pen couldn't even pick up a napkin or a paper corner. I tried it with some tiny bread crumbs and it did pick up some of them but left most behind. This ear cleaner vacuum is not very effective in cleaning your ear.

There are 2 types of earwax, dry and wet. This would probably work better for people with a dry earwax type, which flakes and can then be sucked out by this. I should have considered that before purchasing this, so it did not work well for me. Device otherwise seems to function well.

This thing sucks in a bad way doesn't work the way it's supposed to at all it's a waste of money wish a never brought it

Product does not work to the expectation that I was led to believe. It is o.k. but not as good as I was hoping for.
