Being housebound I used this to try and keep my legs from getting stiff and sore. I loved the fact that it is a quiet treadmill. I had no trouble hearing the phone, Tv or door if someone came by. I like the fact that it is easy to fold away, with one easy move and was just as easy to store away being that it was on wheels. (which are hardly noticable). The padded handgrips and safety clip are great features as it is easy to hold onto even if starting to perspire as the handgraips are slip proof. The running mat is also slip proof and it is wider than most treadmills that I have used before, although NOT clumpy or cumbersome. The functions are very easy to use and figure out. In fact mine did not come with a manual for some reason yet I easily found out how to switch from one thing to another. It was not expensive either, so for the value of it on top of the comfort and safety level I really was impressed. I am very happy with this treadmill and given the choice, I would buy the same one all over again.
