No leakage for the cup or toothbrush holder . I don’t think these will rust because they are glass . There is installation they come put together . I highly recommend this product for your bathroom counter or honestly anywhere in your home .

Beautiful set! Glass is well made and each item has substantial weight. Blue is a beautiful deep color. Soap pump works well. Came extremely well packaged in heavy foam. Looks gorgeous on the counter.
