I have a 2021 Ford Ranger 2.0 Ecoblue which always drove well but on occasion I could feel a slight lag and a little roughness, almost nothing but you know how it is, you just feel something. After speaking to a mechanic I was advised to use the higher grade diesel now and then as it has detergents that help clean the injectors. A bit of research recommended Redex in the tank and after one shot I was convinced, the engine is smoother on acceleration and the roughness has gone, for the price of a bottle its cheaper than filling with the dearer diesel and it works so I am happy.

I have had this before as I've had problems with injectors, actually get more mpg when I add it to my diesel

Whilst using I have never had any engine problems and mine always run clean. Good to use all the time and my cars have never failed an mot on emissions. Once my wife filled up with supermarket fuel without using redex and her car light came on to indicate a sensor fault. My cars have never had this issue.

Bought this product many times ,and is poss one of the top products of its type and usage .it's kept my 21yr old original ford diesel clean of emissions

I got this to put in my ten year old Land Rover which was running a bit ruff more in hope than expecting it to work and to my surprise its made the world of difference. One shot with supermarket Diesel and it runs really well, I could use a premium fuel instead perhaps but this is cost affective and the supermarket is convenient to me.
