easy to assemble. sturdy and comfortable as it is firm (i love it!) aesthetic vibe. i can't wait for another one! seller is very accomodating and easy to communicate with as they are very responsive and honest. tracking and shipment were super! overall, it was a fab purchase!

The back cushions are very low and not very firm. The rest of the couch is good, the bottom cushions are nice and firm, it feels study for a heavy bloke like myself. It's very easy to build if you understand the instructions. Against it's okay value, I'd definitely order some pillows or something more to support your back on it. But it's great for a couch if you need something you AREN'T going to be sitting on 24/7

I love this one so much.It was so easy to fix. The size was exactly as advertised and the cushions firm. The colour is exactly the same as advertised and the quality is topnotch. The cushions are thick as well and I think it is totally worth the price.

Ordered a 3 seater, after an hour of putting together, the last 2 steps were unable to be done. The middle part to secure both ends of sofa to it was unable to be secured, as the hole was made far too big the screw just slips straight through, on a second part to attach the legs, there are no holes to secure said legs. I contacted the company straight away, who asked for videos or pictures, which I tried to attach numerous times, they said they couldn't see them and to use a laptop (which I do not have), roll on to day 2, I found their customer service email and sent them my order number & said attachment, no response. Day 3 and I had been offered a partial refund of £40, from a £196 sofa, and told this £40 is to cover someone to come and fix it for me?? ... I have since requested a full refund, or 3 x part 3's which were sold unfit for purpose, and damaged. Since been ignored. Would highly NOT recommend. I cannot stand companies that make such trouble out of sorting a customer's problem when this is their error, and they have zero interest in sorting it. I'm still nearly £200 out of pocket, and still have an unusable sofa in my living room and wasted 4 days trying to solve this. AVOID

The assembly was straight forward and the structure feels durable. However the cushions are worthless. Because all the parts are shipped inside the base of the sofa, there’s no space for the traditional sprung base that sofa seats need. Within less than 3 months, the seat cushions have flattened into the thickness of pancakes. The back cushions are pillow material which has settled at the bottom to leave them deformed.

Very sturdy , rather comfortable but at the end of the day it’s a sofa in a box , it’s not going to be massively comfortable. Quite big too which is nice , nice grey colour too.

Gorgeous!! Really firm seating and easy to assemble! I needed something cheap in place of my old couch and I thought I’d take a chance with this one! I’m glad I did! Great quality

So the sofa looks great. However, when assembling they made some of the screw holes too large for the given screws, which meant I had to go to b&q to buy screws that would fit, which cost me an extra £20 on top on the sofa, I did see a lot of other reviews after purchasing the sofa that said the same, so just be warned it’s likely you’ll have to do the same. The sofa is very firm, which is okay if you just want to watch tv for a couple of hours, but becomes quite uncomfortable if you stay too long on it.
