I bought this on size XL for my 80 lb Chocolate Lab to help him recover from patella luxation surgery. It prevents him from licking the wound and lying directly on the floor, while also providing some cushioning. It holds pretty well even while lying down. We’re pretty happy with it! The YouTube videos really helped clarify how to correctly take the measurements to choose the right size and it worked.

This is a great sling for any dog that goes through ACL/Meniscus surgery. It covers the sutures well so there is no need for a "cone." Was very glad to find this.

Nice, heavy material but doesn’t stay on my girl at all.. she can get it off herself. Don’t waste your money.

We bought this for my dog to wear after her CCL surgery. It helps her walk and kept her from licking the incision. I was hesitant at first since it was on the pricer side but it really is high quality. The Velcro is super strong and the material feels great.Updated Review:After just a couple months the stitching is falling apart and the logo is peeling. Too expensive to have to replace unfortunately.
