This bread mix is convenient and easy to use, providing caterers and chefs with consistently great results every time. Just simply add water and stir to blend the mixture together. FSA 2017 compliant. No artificial flavours or preservatives. Made up dough is best consumed within 2 days. Each 3.5kg catering pack makes approximately 100 x 57g rolls. - To make 100 rolls, place the entire contents of the bag into a mixing bowl. Add 2.25L of warm water. Use a dough hook mixer on a slow speed for 1 minute. Then continue to mix for 7 minutes on medium speed. Cut to shape as required and form into bap shape. Place dough balls on a greased baking tray and leave to prove in a warm place until the dough has risen significantly. Bake the rolls for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees in fan-assisted ovens. Despite not having a 'hook' for kneading I used my hands and manually kneaded the dough in the bowl and on a board. The dough when set to rise came up in 15 minutes which was excellent as I was able to bake them earlier than anticipated. They baked beautifully without event and the taste was great. I would recommend this product especially if like me, you have great difficulty in getting a supermarket grocery delivery and have to buy and freeze bread.
