Ordered blue for a reason. Randomly got orange instead. Took 1 star off for that but it's still a quality ball. Is deflated upon arrival so have a pump handy.

This Champion Sports rubber basketball is exactly what you need if you're serious about hooping, whether you're at the park or just practicing in the driveway. The best thing about it is the grip. It feels really solid and "tacky" right away—not slick like some cheaper rubber balls. You can actually handle it well for crossovers and quick moves. It bounces true, too. It doesn't wobble or feel dead when you're dribbling full speed. As for the heavy-duty claim, time will tell. It seemed to function well so far indoors! We'll wait until summer to try it out on the driveway. There was no included pump, unfortunately, but luckily I had several on hand, and it didn't leak air while inflating, so that was another plus! Honestly, if you're looking for a reliable, tough ball that you don't have to worry about destroying outside, grab this one. It performs way better than its price tag suggests.
