It does take like 30 minutes but it comes out perfect. And it’s small and cute.

It is pretty, easy to clean, works wonderfully! I am so happy I purchased this cute rice cooker.

man i really missed my moms rice cooker, i was afraid nothing would ever live up to it. my old roommate's instant pot sucked for rice. but this tiny thing is AMAZING! ngl, i dont even wash my rice anymore. comes out great every time regardless. the screen is a little confusing: it'll show a time [00:00] when its counting down to being done, but only starting when theres 10min left?? before that, you gotta guess. and then when its done, it starts count UP to show how long its been keeping warm. but hey, it works great and its easy to clean, just like moms.

I’ve cooked with this four times so far, thrice has been rice and once has been oatmeal. It’s turned out great every time. Good texture, easy to use, no leaking, and cooks in about 15-25 mins (unsure since the time only displays once it’s close to finished). The directions are straightforward and cleanup is easy since it is nonstick. It’s also a great size for storage in my limited space. Before buying, I read the reviews and people complained of leaking, but if you follow the directions (filling liquid to the line according to how many cups of grain added and using *their provided cup*), there should be no problem. Also, do not lay things on top where the screen is because of potential scratching.

Very simple instructions 1 cup ( which is really 2/3 of a cup). Water to the first line. White rice. 45 minutes ??? Something isn't right. The rice came out fine. I also made a different type of white rice. This time with 2 cups filled to the 2 line on the pot. The water came out the steam hole. Contacted the company with the email address in the instruction booklet . Called the 888 number on the Amazon website which referred you to a similar email address. I emailed them 4 times and never got a response. Nothing went to spam. How can you trust a warranty with this lack of communation. Not going to wait till it's out of the Amazon return window. This company is trouble. Done.. sometimes you pay cheap you get cheap

Works really well. It is very versatile and easy to use.
