Fobus RU1RP Roto Holster, Right Hand Paddle for Ruger P85, P89, and P91

A fantastic holster! I purchased this for my Ruger P89D. When fully loaded it can be quite heavy holding 17 cartridges but this holster holds it firmly with great ease of draw. The holster is also very comfortable, durable and holds up to running, bending or climbing. It's so good I purchased one for my Taurus Mini 9mm. Great product!

I’ve had my p85 for 20 years and finally got a holster for ole bessy. It’s really a snug fit. It snaps into the holster so you know it’s in. It takes a good tug to get it out. A p85 is a big heavy 9mm that requires this type of holster

Good holster. As others have said, it's too tight for an efficient draw. Sometimes have to hold it in place with the other hand. Aside from that it fits comfortably against the hip.

This holster is a piece of junk. It was not intended as an EDC holster, but I was hoping to carry my ole P91 DC on short walks and errands. As it turns out, this holster is useless and is in the trash bin. The pistol fit so tight, that the slide wanted to push back along the frame. Then, I could not remove the gun from the holster. Instead, I had to hold the pistol and holster upside down and pound the holster on the edge of the bench in order to remove the gun. The fasteners are rivets and there is no possibility of adjustment. Therefore, there is no possible way to draw the firearm if needed. Waste of money.

I use this for cross body carry and it helps hide this bigger Pistol. It can be used for many different carry postitions. I would love to carry this pistol iwb but I use a different pistol in the summer months and the Ruger LCP 380 is great for that time of year. Great price and would buy again. I can buy 3 to 1 for the price difference of others I've seen offered. Holds great in holster and feels great to carry. ymmv. Mark

snaps in and snaps out. hold onto the belt line really well. comfortable against the hip. its a snug fit for the ruger p89. you could jump up and down and possibly step into one of those teeter hangups and the gun will still be securely in its holster at your hip. the best holster i could find for the p89, hands down.

It fits my Ruger P89 perfectly, the only issue that i've ran into is that it's a bit too snug and can be difficult to unholster my firearm. It's not one i'd recommend using in case of an emergency, that split of a second could be life or death. Solid holster for storage, wouldn't recommend for anything other than that.

I read other reviews and was very skeptical about purchasing this. It works great. Holds the gun in place and comes out easily when drawn from. Happy with my purchase.
