Will this stick onto suede? My son's slipper socks have a suede sole but sadly they have become slippery

Yes you can use it on the soles of your slippers, keep the room well ventilated when you apply it and leave to dry over night

do you think this could be used to make gloves a bit grippier?

POSSIbly but it was very difficult to control when applying so there are lumps and uneven cover. It certainlymakes things non-slip but you’d need to practise a lot to get the desired result.
