[2017 Upgraded] Dog Training Collar - Electric Rainproof & Rechargeable Dog Collar with Backlight LCD Screen and Remote Beep/Vibration/Shock Training Collars for Pets Dog

Although I have fully charged this collar and the remote, and the prongs test that they are receiving signals when sent to the collar, the collar only seems to be vibrating when that mode is used. After trying on two different short furred dogs and increasing the shock factor until it was all the way to 100%, neither dog responded that they noticed anything at all when "shocked." They responded well to old shock collars I had that I've somehow misplaced. I'll need to shop around for a different brand that might actually work for me.

Do NOT waste your money! This product appeared to have everything I wanted in a bark-collar and more. Unfortunately, it is very cheaply made. The controller is very light, indicating sub-par parts. The white print on each of the four buttons began rubbing off with a week after very little use. The shock feature didn't work at all. The range is nowhere near 330 yards. More like two. That's no exaggeration. The battery loses it's charge within a day or two, even without being used. And here's the biggest mystery—I purchased it for less than $30 at the beginning of January 2018. As I write this review, it's now March 2018, and the price has skyrocketed to almost $90! Unfortunately, I waited too long to return it. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. Sometimes less.

I have never wrote a negative review with all the things I have bought on amazon before but I am so disappointed in this. This was a used system. The pictures on buttons were wore off. Collar was way to big for our 17 pound schnauzer no matter how we adjusted it. We watched the video and the collar was different. Also, the charge for the remote and receiver was not a split cable like the video showed so we could only charge one unit at a time. We got it in December but we’re going to use it for summer training. I wish that we could return it but it is too late. This was not worth the money.

Junk. The shock like others say doesn't work well, even turned up. I suspect that the range is the issue. When my dog gets close the beeping and vibrate modes will work, but I tried the beep mode earlier when she was about 15 yards away and I couldn't hear it at all. I will be looking for an alternative very soon.

We bought this after rescuing a terrier who tended to bolt. Wasn't excited about using it so it sat on the shelf until about May. I really liked the beep option and my pup was using it for recall and we were making progress. The first time I took her to a shallow part of the river, I noticed she was just kind of going nuts and I realized the collar had gotten wet and was in full on steady vibrate mode and it was freaking her out. I was so glad it didn't short out to the shock option and was just vibrating. Now, it won't turn on at all. So, I would say that it wasn't at all waterproof. I initially liked it and the range seemed good but the defect that caused it to go into steady vibrate just doesn't live up to being either water resistant or waterproof at all. I can't recommend it at all based on my experience.

Stopped working after two weeks of using it. Its past the return date, because I didn't use it right away, but it not longer works.now I have another worthless piece of plastic.

This collar does not fit our dog, not even on the smallest setting......We have a for month old lab/border collie mix (15 pounds)I saw a review that said that it worked great on their Maltese.....that must have been either a record setting Maltese, or a fake review.It might fit her in 6 months when she's done growing, but it's useless now.Very disappointed.

Nope definitely returing. I tested the shock. So it works. But even at 100 my dog doesn’t respond. I thought maybe it could be his hair but According to the other reviews people are not having problem with the hair and not feeling the shock. Here we go on to our next collar!
