Good for short term use
For the price, these are some good spikes. However, quality wise it’s not very good and I got quite a few blisters from these shoes so I would recommend just paying more money for better quality spikes. If your planning to do track for a few months then these spikes are worth your money as they do what they’re supposed to do.

Me ha gustado principalmente el el diseño que fue por que me las compré, pero cabe destacar que son muy comodas y ligeras. Además de venir los clavos, te envian junto yá la herramienta para poner los clavos y una bolsa, muy utíl para llevarlas. Muy contento con la compra
