I am not tech savvy, so I was a little afraid of this printer when it arrived. But I had it out of the box and working within 5 minutes! Everything is smooth. It's a little bit noisier than my old printer (an HP 2700) but all in all, I like the low profile it has, and the chute for multiple documents to be copied at once. It's refurbished so I got it for about half the price of a new one, so that's a plus since it works perfectly and worked perfectly since the moment I got the ink in and tried it out. I'm really pleased with it. Had a bit of an issue with getting it on my HP Ink account, but that was the HP Ink process, had nothing to do with this printer. But now it's on the HP Ink account replacing my old printer and I couldn't be happier!

Worst printer I’ve ever owned or used!! It takes days to be able to print anything always have to call and go through support and it takes days to get help!!!! I regret this purchase and will never buy a HP again. I also will warn you that you have to pay a monthly fee to be able to print. Your printer might not work but HP doesn’t forget to charge you, your monthly fee and the pages you pay for to print are suppose to roll over to the next month. This also doesn’t work wheb your printer won’t stay hooked up to the internet like it should. Again just a terrible product and you will feel ripped off I know I do!!! Other than that, … It’s a really great looking printer it prints great when you can connect to it. However it must be connected to the internet all the time. When Wi-Fi is lost you can’t do anything not even a manual scan or a manual copy. You can’t print anything at all!!! I bought refurbished DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BUYING REFURBISHED FROM THIS place Not worth it!!! Every time I called I was assured that everything was working properly. Everytime I inquired about returning the item for a new one I was discouraged and told to wait and see if the bugs have been worked out. I didn’t realize that’s before they were waiting to the return window to close. Now funny how the Wi-Fi problems didn’t start until you guess the day or so after the return window closed which is why I’m sure the Wi-Fi stopped working completely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING REFURBISHED FROM THIS COMPANY ITS OBVIOUS THAT ITEMS ARE NOT REFURBISHED AND FIXED JUST MADE GOOD ENOUGH TO GO OUT THE DOOR TO THE BEXT CUSTOMER!!!

Very easy setup works perfectly

Printer works fine it connects. i had trouble connecting it to my wi-Fi it connected once and this system recognized it but it would not print. So I had to Keep Trying Until a message Came through And actually printed off the printer that I needed to Connect To the Wi-Fi Direct System Through Hp service plugin, A different app From their smart app And your printer instant ink. Was just very happy that the printer was now working but it was not officially enrolled in the ink program to get my free ink I persistently tried to explain to hp support once I got through the phone line and they Wanted me to uninstall And reinstall on the smart appIn order to enroll For the free ink. And I Refused Because it wasn't broken Printer was working And I am In the middle of a large project I'm not going to waste any more time Trying to Fix something that wasn't broken. It was their system that told me They couldn't connect to the smart app and to use The plug-in app. Exceedingly disappointed With the Response from HP And the stubbornness, it was their prompts That told me how to get the printer working And I was promised the 2 months of free ink. HP is not fulfilling their promise Customer service is just terrible To treat a customer like this. It's not the seller The printer finally Works through a different Program But HP Insistent On undoing everything I spent hours to Make work And that was not going to happen For a couple of dollars worth of ink. Plus I had registered the printer first and if they wanted to they could enroll the printer for me. Very poor support. Why break it if it's working.

I am not in love with this printer. I wish laser printer prices were not effected by inflation, but they are and so I am going back to an ink jet. Sigh. 1. The e in the name means that it does not have a very user friendly control panel on the printer. The app on your phone is a better control panel. The panel on the printer very basic and is not self explanatory. I had to pull up an online user manual and print out a few pages that explained the buttons and error codes. 2. If you have a document that has a blank page as the last page, the printer will misalign and print only half the page. You have to custom pick out the pages that have text on them to get the page to print properly. EX: A document has 3 pages, but the text is only on page 1 and 2. Choose: print pages and type 1-2. Hit Print. 3. If you use the ink subscription, don't expect to be able to refill those cartridges yourself. The printer communicates with the ink subscription company. If you cancel the ink subscription, they will communicate with your printer via wifi and stop the cartridge from working with your printer. 4. Set up took Foooooooooor Eeeeeeeeever. Think: The Sandlot 5. I'm not sure I'm ready to pack it up and send it back, but the thought has crossed my mind.

This is by far the crappiest printer I have ever owned. I have been able to successfully print 3 pages. After that every time I try to use it I get error messages, streaks of ink across the pages and nothing but wasted paper. I am not an idiot. I have owned and successfully used multiple printers in my life time. This printer is useless.
