I recommended Pete and Pedro by a friend. It did not disappoint because it really helped with itchy scalp. It's a good start to getting a healthy scalp again.

I love this shampoo/conditioner combo. Yes, it's mainly marketed to men, but I'm a woman who uses it. I love that it helps keep my psoriasis controlled as long as I use it 2 or 3 times a week. My hair always feels soft and manageable. My only complaint is that the conditioner is so thick that it's difficult to get out of the bottle. I don't even bother trying to use the flip cap. I screw the cap off altogether. Even with that, I have to violently shake the bottle to try and get the product to the opening. I even try storing it upside down, and that doesn't help. My bottle is mostly full, and I struggle to get product out. If it's going to be that thick, it really need to be in a tub.

This stuff is amazing, I'm almost convinced Pete and pedro can do no wrong. I wash my hair about once a week and this is day 2 after a wash. I've never felt my hair like this, It is extremely light with a real natural clean feeling, it was never dry after the wash, it feels very hydrated (a problem I have with most shampoo and conditioners) and I don't have the same frizz I do with other washes. My wife has had the same experience and she was extremely impressed, a first for her as well. I love the mint, idk what's recommended but the longer you leave in the conditioner the more the mint works giving that relaxing cold feeling while in a warm shower.Will buy again and probably getting on the subscription honestly.

so I wasn't expecting much from this shampoo as I've been using T-gel shampoos for years with fine results, however for me their ended up being a huge difference. This shampoo has a minty smell that helps cover up the coal tar smell, but its not overpowering mint like some shampoos that leave you smelling like a girl scout cookie or something. It really cooled my head down and relieved itch from dandruff but another plus is unlike other coal tar products, this shampoo did NOT strip my hair of all its nutrients. My hair felt clean and my scalp refreshed without my hair feeling squeeky or like staw like other coal tar things do.Then there is the conditioner. Another product I wasn't expecting much from(from experience with other similiar products) but it was great as well. Not only does it have a fresh peppermint scent that works well with the shampoo, but it was thick. Usually similiar shampoos are pretty runny and don't last long. This stuff was rich and creamy so I didn't have to use more than like a quarter size for my hair, if that. I am going to see how long this stuff lasts. I don't shampoo with it everyday, may 2-3 times a week I use head and shoulders and a few of the other days of the week since the ingredients attack dandruff from a different angle. If you are suffering from dandruff or an itchy scalp I totally recommend this. I'm starting to learn that with many things, you pay for what you get. Its a little more on the pricey end which my reason for hesitating for so long but I believe now that it is worthy the price and if you follow their directions of only using it a few times a week I wouldn't be surprised if this bottle last 2-3 months which eases the sting of a higher price, but like I said, you pay for what you get. Will definitely be a frequenting customer.

My husband and I both use this. His hair is smooth and thick, mine is coarse, dry, and thick. His scalp tends to get oily faster than mine. Both of us really enjoy using this product, even as a daily shampoo. Our scalps no longer itch, even though I personally wait 3-4 days between washes because of my dry hair. But even when I wash my hair compared to other shampoos, this product leaves me hair so soft and voluminous. It’s a bit pricey but definitely recommend!

I normally don't write reviews. But the fact that I cannot return it after trying it just once compelled me to write this review and save someone else their money. I really wanted to like this set and become a lifetime customer. Does it work to clean your hair? Sure... I think most shampoos will, but it has some chemical scent resembling petroleum mixed with a little bit of peppermint/mint. It concerns me that I'm putting on my head and absorbing into my body who knows what. Ugh, I want my money back.

Over the summer my son ended up with dandruff. I had tried all the popular products and as well as all tips and tricks to no avail. I was so frustrated and was ready to head to the doctors when I came across Pete & Pedro and I am so grateful. It helped so tremendously the VERY first time used and had completely gotten rid of it by the 3rd. I love that it comes with the condition as well. The only complaint I have is the mint smell is strong but it doesn't stay.
