The price is right, it's sturdy, easy to assemble, and the cushion is firm enough to last, but soft enough to feel good on the ankle. I will say though, it's a bit larger/heavier than I expected from the pics, which is probably a good thing, as it provides more stability. I used to hate split squats, but now that I don't have to use a bench that's too high, I feel better doing them. I was also able to use this item, along with some resistance bands, to turn my bench into a leg-extension machine of sorts. I think this is a handy addition to my tiny gym.

Sturdy for Bulgarian split squats. Easy to assemble. I love that the pad doesn’t move when your doing the exercise.

No more using a regular bench for split squats! This is much more comfortable and helps you maintain your form and balance better. It’s not too heavy so it’s easy to move around but at the same time it’s sturdy. For the price this was a great purchase!

Great piece of equipment. It would be even better if the pad didn't slide. There is about 2" of movement with this pad. So you have to make sure you slide the pad over when you switch legs. Other than that minor thing, it's great.

Unlike other products made by GWMD - this rack fails to disappoint. Easy to put together and very ergonomic/comfortable. Quality is heavy home gym/light commercial.

The best Bulgarian split squat Stand; rigid, resistant and well made... The advantage is that by having the circular and thick padded support you can have better balance in each squat.
