I believe this is my 1st review and I've been an Amazon regular for MANY years but I HAD to tell others how much this little bag has helped me. Sadly I had to have an ileostomy placed temporarily due to a surgery last week. It is a pain to deal with. As the bag fills up, the weight is on the actual intestine and it freaked me out. So I bought this little bag and it no longer does that. It feels a LOT more secure too having a velcro belt around your waist. I highly recommend this little bag. I'm ordering a second one so I have another one when I put it in the washing machine (yep, it is fine but I do hang it to dry.

Works well but is difficult to put on. Would not use to keep pouch dry but does help keep it concealed. It could use an option for a longer belt.

PERFECT... The Belt is soft and it is comfortable to wear. I also like how light weight it is, along with the Fact, it is Breathable and is gonna be nice for Hot weather. Thumbs 👍 Up! A Great Buy.

I was disappointed when I received the pouch because there is no flap at the top to put the ostomy bag under. When showering, the water got inside the top back of the pouch and everything got wet. The engineering was poor and no thought was given to the possibility/probabillity that water would get into the back at the top and the entire bag would weaken and fall off leaving a mess. I would not buy this again. Plus, the strap was very tight. Could have been longer for a larger man.

This seems to be a well constructed product. However, it is not effective against liquid leaks and spills. This appears to be only for colostomy patients.

My husband did not want to wear this and I told him "try it just one day before you say nope". He now uses this OFTEN because the weight of the ostomy bag is less noticeable. He uses this now to go out in public...discreet and he can wear it under his shirt and jeans if he chooses without discomfort. He wears it to mow and when he's outside piddling in the yard, also in the shower. I probably need to order a spare ... and I don't put it in the dryer because of the velcro, dries pretty quickly and keeps it's shape. He is 6 ft and 195 lbs...got him a medium and it fits fine with a fe inches to spare. He weighed 173 when I got it for him and it still fits.
