Saunders Q & A Review for the NCLEX-RN® Examination

This is a great NCLEX study book. It gives you an endless amount of practice questions with easy to understand rationales to help you pass NCLEX. This is one of the main resources I used to pass NCLEX-RN. This book is also affordable compared to other high end nclex reviews, and very comparable to the NCLEX. Saunders has never let me down when prepping for NCLEX and I would recommend this book and other Saunders books to anyone preparing for NCLEX

This is a must have for the student nurse. It has extra questions on line and really breaks down concepts.

This book has been so helpful ! I love the variety of questions and the organization of the content makes it easy to study specific topics.

A very good book that provide questions that revises the content for nclex-rn. I am in nursing school and it helps me to adequately prepare for my school exams. You have to search for the appropriate questions that is suited to your revision would be my only issue.

Very strange my book was red and white but either way I love the book. Currently using it to study for NCLEX!!

Great book, very informative.

Good book for reviewing nclex but it would have been nice if the answers aren't found on the same page. U have to cover half of the page.

I'm currently reviewing for my NCLEX so I bought this book along with the Comprehensive Review. What I don't like with this one is the answer and the rationale are placed beside the question which you can just view right away without even trying to answer the question first yourself. As you can see in the photo, I'm covering the answers so I can use my knowledge and critical thinking first before being revealed with the right answer and the rationale. I hope they consider separating it in the next edition so as to facilitate critical thinking.
