Tastes so gd, not bitter, ceylon cinnamon is healthy any other is not good for you.smells lovely tastes beautiful. Health benefits are..reducing bad ldl, blood pressure, lose weight, feel tummy rested. Sleep better.

No flavour
Read up on benefits of Ceylon cinnamon and decided to buy. From my research and other reviews the Ceylon is sweeter is sweeter but this has no taste at all. In fact no smell either. I ordered another brand to compare and the second brand I bought had a more sweeter taste than this one. Not sure I can return since it’s opened.
