* The mount stand is just about 1 feet height, pathetic that we have to lie on the floor to watch anything. * 20 MM scope is good. Was able to focus moon a few times. Cannot use anything other than that which is highly useless for this scope. * Cannot use the extended lens as the mount keeps sliding down due to weight. * The lens array controls are shaky, hence focusing is very hard. * The scope vibrates and oscilates even for breeze, hence always shaky. * No finder scope, just not works for kids or even adults will have hard time. * Just the scope looks good and nothing other than that is useful.

I purchased a Pie Matrix Neo Reflector Telescope yesterday, but it’s not working properly as I am unable to view any distant objects through it. I tried adjusting various settings but didn’t succeed. Therefore, I’ve decided to return the product. My son was quite excited about it, but the experience has been really disappointing.

Really nice telescope, still learning to operate but still look, feel and quality is really great.

I won’t suggest this to beginners as it is too complex to set up and understand the lenses. They haven’t provided proper guidance for setting it up. May be for someone who has already used a telescope, it would be a good buy.
