Not even close on fit

The company needs some quality control in a big way. I have a big head and I know it. I measured and the XL should fit with ease. The first one arrives and while I can fit it on my head, it is way too tight to wear. I contact customer service to make sure that I got the correct size and they offer to send a replacement. When it arrives it is even smaller - I can not even get it on my head. By the way, terrific service Amazon.
