Take measurements!
Went off pant size, don’t do that. Great quality but make sure you measure to make sure it fits.

I feel like the size is accurate as stated
I feel like the size is accurate as stated, but I would recommend people consider how tight or "cranked down" the belt will be to provide the desired level of back support when lifting. I wear a 36" waist in pants right now but after ordering a large went with the medium so I could get it at my desired tightness when doing squats. I kept both because I'm sort of on the cusp between the two belt sizes, and my waist size seems to fluctuate with my gym motivation level (imagine that!). My one improvement for the product is if it could be designed to have a much larger range of adjustment. None of this style of belts I looked at did have a larger range, so maybe there is a technical limitation preventing its design. I really like the way it curves down in the back to support my very lowest back where I have had issues. If it wasn't designed that way it would pinch too too much for me in the front at the hips while doing 90 degree knee bends during squats. Quality seems good so far and it was shipped timely and in a large box so that it would not get folded. It would have been 5 stars if it had just a little more range in the waist adjustment.

RDX Weight Lifting Belt Review
Over the past six years I've been lifting I have destroyed many shirts in my closet due to using a Lifting Belt with a metal buckle. I was always under the impression that if you lift heavy then to stay away from Velcro belts. After my last belt finally bit the dust I decided to give something different a try and possibly save a few shirts from looking like a hole puncher went crazy and put four holes in the front side of my shirts. I was actually pleasantly surprised with this belt as I was able to get it tight enough, it never budged and most of all, the material was comfortable enough that I could actually wear it under my shirt if I wanted to. Honestly this belt does the job just as well as a buckle belt, as far as the longevity of the Velcro I'm unsure, but no complaints three uses in.

Get one of these!!! So many more uses than just lifting weights!!!
I only use it for working in the yard; shoveling, raking, lifting, using a chainsaw, weedeater, etc. I can tell a HUGE difference between doing work with it and without it. My back feels 10 times better when I'm working on our acreage and wearing it, vs working on the acreage and not wearing it.My daughter has one too. She trains horses and barrel races them. 10 hours on horses getting jolted around can really make your back hurt. She was going to the chiropractor several times a week. The belt really helps take the strain off of her back. Hence, she only goes to the chiropractor a couple of times a month now. It's made a HUGE difference for her.I've also used it mowing the yard. The bouncing around on the mower for several hours can wear on your back also. Again, i find the belt to be a big help.Needless to say, if I damage mine, lose it or whatever, I'll definitely be buying another one.

Excellent Choice!
Having two lumbar disc herniations but being a bit stubborn I just couldn't keep off of weight lifting, I had to try 3 other different brands and types to realize all of them moved a lot or didn't let me breath normally.Bought the RDX one because of the good reviews it had and wasn't dissapointed at all, it stays in place even if you bend or lift dead weight from the floor. Only con I found is that I bought a small size because I'm W31 it fits but it feels more adjusted than it should, sonif you are W31-32 better get a Medium

Comfortable support
I am a professional gardener. I bought this belt to provide lower back support while I am doing yard work. I wear the belt for hours. This belt is comfortable and lightweight. It provides adequate support for lite work and lifting. I would not recommend it for heavy weight lifting but that is only an opinion since I don't actually have any experience using this belt with that activity.

Perfect belt.
This belt is perfect. After using this it has helped my back on squats and barbell rows. I haven't had anymore pains. It is lightweight and comfortable. My only complaint is that my gym clothes sometimes get stuck to the velcro but that is inevitable. Also the sizing is pretty weird. I'm 5'8 158 and and perfectly between a small and medium. The medium is too big but usable on is tightest setting. The small works but if I gain any weight I will not be able to close it and the medium will still be too big. I'm 31 waist.

Wonderful product for men and WOMEN
I wear lifting belts when I work horses and dig in my yard. This one is well sized and fits the best of any belt I have ever tried. Being a lady this belt allows for my curves with out cutting into me. Some times I forget I have it on. It also goes lower on the back to give me extra support. Surprise; excellent all around belt and not too bulky under clothing!!

Great support to the core and comfortable
Summary: The RDX weightlifting belt is well made, comfortable and provides great support to the core.In the Package: The belt arrived well packaged inside a plastic sleeve with tags confirming the product is new and authentic.Belt Design: The weightlifting belt is made of nylon with some padding throughout, which makes the belt comfortable to wear and supports the core when under tension from performing exercises such as deadlifts or squats. One end of the belt has a metal buckle in which the nylon strap from the other end of the belt is hooked and looped into. The inner side of the nylon strap has strong, durable velcro which attaches to a velcro area on the belt once looped in the buckle.Using the Belt: The belt can be worn very quickly and with ease with the hook and loop closure making it easy to also take off after use. The velcro on the nylon strap sticks down securely to the belt with no sign of it coming apart when the belt is in use.I have noticed there can be some minor movement of the belt at the front around the ab area if it is not tight enough and worn over a t-shirt. This appears to be due to the material of the belt (nylon) slipping over the material of the t shirt. The belt does need to be worn fairly snugly to avoid this. However, it does not feel uncomfortable even when worn like this mainly due to the padding in the belt.I have found the belt to provide great support to the point where I am no longer feeling any back pain from exercises such as deadlifts.Whilst a leather weightlifting belt may be better if lifting very heavy e.g. over 120kg, the RDX weightlifting belt is a great addition to anyone lifting weights. Conclusion: The belt is well made, robust and comfortable and provides great support whilst lifting weights, provided it is worn correctly.

Great belt
Great belt with a great shape. It fits very nicely on the top of your hips due to the tapered shape. I have about a 32 inch waist, I purchased the medium belt, I should have bought the small. I'm doing a cut for a bodybuilding show so that's my own fault. Other than that great strong belt, easy to put on and adjust, and at a great price too I definitely recommend it.

I chose this for kettlebells.
I have been doing and enjoying kettlebells for a while, and am gradually increasing the weight I am lifting so thought I needed some back and core support. I chose this one because the length between small and medium had a little overlap, also the price and the manner of the fastening.Length: I am about 30.5"/77.5cm waist and done up snug the wide part of the belt just meets at the front (so there is a bit of 'wriggle room' if I get a bit bigger or smaller). With the roller buckle/velcro closure I can fit it more accurately than with prongs and set holes. I have athritic fingers and thought it would be easier to put on & take off.Width: I am 5'2" tall, with a sharply defined short waist and am sway-backed. The belt is shaped to be slightly narrower at the sides so felt it would fit my figure more comfortably; it does cover me from lowest ribs to hip bones. Possibly being a bit narrower still would have been better for my 'hour-glass' shape. The front and the back widths are as I wanted and feel comfortable and supported. It is quite stiff and lightly padded inside. I will update on how it feels for wear during a workout if needed.I have awarded 4 stars as I think is is a fair quality belt for a beginner/non competitive user, who works out with lighter weights a couple of times a week.It arrived quickly a couple of days before expected, was easy to undo. As others have said the box was large and full of packing but to have folded it smaller would have creased (possibly damaged) it.
