Extremely Disappointed – Stopped Cooling in 2 Months, Problem Still Unresolved
I purchased this Haier 328 L 3-Star Convertible 10-in-1 Refrigerator (Model: HEF-333TS-P) in February 2025. Within two months, the refrigerator completely stopped cooling and was unable to make ice, even when set to -24°C.Haier technicians visited on 23rd May 2025 to repair it, but the issue still persists—the freezer does not make ice overnight, even after the service. From day one, this product has underperformed.Before this, I used an LG refrigerator for over 7 years without a single problem. This Haier fridge, on the other hand, has given me nothing but trouble. It clearly appears to be a defective unit, and there is no reliable support or resolution from Haier.If you're considering this refrigerator, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Spending over ₹30,000 for a product that fails in 2 months and remains faulty even after service is simply unacceptable.
