Q: Does anyone have experience using the sharpener on this tool? Just wondering if it actually works

When I bought this tool, I was thinking "what's the chance that the sharpener is going to be any good?" Then, I took one of my cheaper knives, because I didn't want to mess with a good blade, and ran it through the sharpener a couple of times. I was surprised by the edge that came out of those couple of swipes. You won't be able to perform surgery with it (I think it is designed more for touch-ups than fine honing), but it will improve the edge on a knife.

Q: i imagine if you have to place your keys in your pocket.... those sharp edges are really uncomfortable or may even rip your pants? and 6x4x1 inch?

I have never carried this in my pocket so I can't say for sure if it would be comfortable, but I can say that the edges are not sharp. The actual dimensions are approximately 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8".

Q: does this have a flat head/Phillips head that will work on glasses?

the pack had measurements of the flat head on it...if not shown in amazon maybe a google search or the company website will show but as others have said it does appear too big. we threw out the packet already

Q: Can this comfortably fit in a wallet?

It may depend on the wallet but I do not think it will fit comfortably.
