These were perfect attachment to my kitchen aid. I use it to make my noodle! Installation take less then a minute.

Rolls the pasta out perfectly. Very easy to use.

I believe it will work fine, but the fit is a teensy off where it fits onto the mixer and I had to make a card wedgie to fill the gap. It's very nicely packed and looks heavy duty.

I have a kitchen aid that is around 25 years old. This part fits perfectly into the front gear. As for the rollers they are easy to adjust, easy to clean. I have no complaints about this at all. It has opened up a whole new world to my cooking being able to create fresh homemade pastas, And ravioli. It's especially useful for rulling out pasta dough for ravioli. I do recommend pasta dough that has some semolina flour in it for strength. Also make sure to lightly dust the pasta dough as it can stick easily.

This is a nice solidly built attachment that fits my old Kitchenaid machine perfectly. The dial works as described in the instructions and I found it not only easy, but also enjoyable. I used two different recipes for pasta and found it worked great even without using extra flour. Nothing stuck to the rollers, so I only wiped it down before putting the attachment away (using the box it came in.) The seller packed this very well, custom formed foam and a cardboard box without any overpackaging. There is a brush included, but I didn't need it, so it "lives" by my kitchen sink, just in case it comes in handy for something else. I can definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to pay a small fortune for a brand-name equivalent. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and takes up little cupboard space, all for an excellent price.

Makes great traditional pasta, flour and eggs. The keto versions get clogged up in the rollers as it sticks to them. Using too much keto flour dusting it to stop sticking to the rollers and the pasta becomes thick and rubbery, too tough to be pressed through and binds at the top of the rollers. The linguini attachment works excellent. The roller attachment works good too, but the spaghetti one is not the best. Doesn't seem to completely separate each strand and you have to manually do it which takes a long annoying time so I find the spaghetti attachment useless. When pasta dough does get stuck on the rollers it's horrible trying to clean them off. The attachments don't open up for cleaning. I am wondering if a pasta press was the way to go for my keto pasta...which is primarily what this was purchased for. Using this for traditional dough, it's a good buy. Relatively easy to use and the pasta turns out delicious.

These tools make pasta creation fun. First time pasta maker here and it worked first time out with egg based pasta. Family loved it and I see these getting a honey moon phase with lots of pasta in the future! They seem to be solid stainless have a good heft and are pretty easy to maintain if you use them properly.
