Waste of money
The quality of this is not good. I have had this exact tea before and it was a much stronger flavor profile. This one tastes like mildly gross water. Also, my recent order came completely crushed and spilling all over the packaging. Such a disappointment.

Postpartum must have
Great tea to help stimulate lactation. Learned about it when came across a TikTok about Chinese confinement. I would greatly recommend to mom’s postpartum. I even packed a few bags in my hospital bag to have while I’m there. I would recommend not overdoing it especially in the beginning because it’s effectiveness when baby isn’t drinking loads anyway. Fresh and tastes good. A good value for the price as well.
