This chair is very wide and oversized. It’s very comfortable, if the person needs to sleep in the chair during the night, as well. It comes in one box and is pretty easy to assemble. I have assembled a few things in my life and this could be considered one of the harder ones but still it felt mostly easy to me. The assembly instructions are pretty good. The chair works wonderful. It’s very soft. It’s super comfortable, it leans way back and helps you get out of the chair and into a standing position. Excellent quality and excellent service from this chair, I do highly recommend.

LOVE this chair!! The only 'issue' I have is that the color doesn't quite match how it looks on the website. Other than that this chair is soooooo comfortable. The massage is excellent and the power reclining action works really well. This chair is well put together and I may purchase another on for my sister. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very comfortable, pretty easy to assemble, spacious and I loved that the chair goes all the way forward to easily get out of it, perfect for my pregnancy. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the “massage” function is only vibrations and it honestly makes me feel nauseous when it vibrates the head part of the recliner.

I can tell you this chair is very nice I have had multiple times I've had to contact the seller due to an issue with the product. They have been very easily accessible and have met my needs thus far. I like that it has a long warranty I also extended the warranty through the Amazon warranty option. Warranty covers amazing things for easy coverages and repairs replacements. I have gotten a new power cord as well as a new remote control. I can say that the leg rest on the chair does have a little bit of issues with the fabric at times. Cup holders are amazing that they go in and out. For somebody that has a back issue it's a little difficult to lean forward to reach your cup if you were in a full back recline. So you would have to raise your incline to go back into the full seating position in order to get something from your cup holder. I do like that they go inside the chair for easy storage. They glide in and out extremely well. The Assembly of the chair was very easy to do a little on the heavy side but as expected with a full metal frame. I purchased this chair as I was having a hysterectomy. And it would make my surgery recovery easy. Great for somebody with back issues. Not the most comfortable chair to try to sleep in as it does not recline far back enough to be laying down in the sleeping position. But it is very comfortable to be on. Everybody that has set in this chair enjoys it. The massage is so intense that it will actually shake your floor. It is on the loud side I can hear it running outside of my house. Which is not necessarily a bad thing just means that it works very well and gives a good massage. The heat on the chair also is very nice not overly hot so no worries about burning yourself. But enough to alleviate your back pain. I wouldn't change a thing about this design. Definitely recommend it it is heavy duty and durable.

Nice comfy chair, just the right size. All the additional functionalities are pretty neat. Really easy to assemble. Reclines well. Back cushion supports lumbar.

The power lift recliner chairs are of excellent quality and very comfortable. At first glance you might think that because of the price they are a cheap knockoff but this is not true they are excellent and customer service is wonderful people work very very hard to make you happy and just owning one of these chairs is often enough but their support is great in case you do have a problem so order with confidence these chairs are top notch.

Lift works great, reclines okay but lacks the adjustments of more expensive chairs. Headrest is too flat, I have to use a neck pillow. Seat is kinda hard and my butt gets uncomfortable. " Massage" is just vibrating. Comes in 4 pieces and assembled easily.

We bought 2xof these 1 year ago and practically live in them! They have adapted well to our different body shapes and the massage and heat are awesome in Montana's cold winters.
