Actual Jean material. The hood has a snap to keep it in place. I ordered a large for my 17lb pug, a little snug in the chest but if I went up a size would have been too big. Outfit is just as the picture. Will be ordering another one in the red

This outfit was well made, super cute and my dog looks adorable. Trying to figure out the correct size wasn't easy. He's a small Shih Tzu and I ordered an Xlg. For the most part it will work, but probably could of went down a size.
