This is an excellent product.easy to use and good cutting results.Needs charging for 8 hours before using.Very pleased.

Came ready/fully charged, two pin socket so be aware of need for adaptor to charge...easy to use, good instructions for use.. NEW! The clippers refused to charge ( bought in April, now end of July) no green light and didn't hold any charge. After contacting Braun under guarantee, they paid to return the clippers to their return center, sent a link to allow me to see the progress of the "repair" and finally sent me a new set in the post. All in under 10 days from start to finish. Amazon sent me a link to report the outcome but it expires before I could give this update. Excellent service from Braun, what more can I say.

Has EU not UK power source ie 2 pins not 3Updated got adaptor which adds £4 to the cost but trimmer is very good - best since my old Phillips gave up the ghost

Great product but wrong plug

Cuts great but my god ive tried 3x EU to UK adapters and non of them are working to charge it - frustrating I've ordered some more adapters in a the blind hope they are somehow different to these ones ive got but currently stuck with a flat battery and a cable that doesnt charge the device. - right changed to 1 star I’ve tried every adapter known to man the only final thing would be flying to Europe and sticking it in a plug there. Absolute joke

Good product. This is my second one. After a number of years the blades weren’t as sharp as they used to be on the old one, but a very reliable item.
