Good stuff. I use it in the morning with about a teaspoon of lemon juice mixed in 8 ozs of water. Then later at the gym in my water.

I like it. Not sure if it's "working" or not. I haven't scaled any tall buildings yet. But the ingredients seem good so that's a plus. I think it's funny that all the reviews here are so down on the unflavored version. I love it. Most beverage powders are too sweet or citrusy for my taste. This just tastes like water to me. Reordering this month. Update 11/11/25: I've now ordered this product for several months in a row. I love it and absolutely notice when I don't use it in my water. I put two scoops into my 32oz water bottle, a bit of mineralized salt and a a few drops of strawberry flavored water enhancer. It tastes so good I drink 2-3 of these bottles a day & I feel great. Spendy product, but well worth it for me.

Great flavor and good quality ingredients in the right proportions

I prefer this to other electrolyte supplements which were acting as a diuretic for me. This product does seem to help me stay more hydrated, and I drink it every morning. It could improve on the mixability, the taste, and value for money (pricey). It tastes fine, it’s just very mild and other flavor options would be nice. I do notice if I drink it in anything other than a shaker bottle where I can shake it before each drink, the particles do separate a bit from the water.

These electrolytes work in minutes to help restore my muscles and prevent cramping. I have my husband hooked on them now!
