I used it three times and it stopped working , maybe it was a fault on mine but I didn’t buy a replacement. I chose another one instead. Which has more toners in the box for just a little extra money and it seems to be ok so far but only used it twice

This is a great muscle trainer really good to use alongside going to the gym and eating healthy. Can't comment on my results yet as only been using it a week but it came packaged well, with a battery to install and use straight away. The levels of intensity are great and the adhesive is great. It has 6 different modes and variable frequency. So easy to use and the remote is a great addition.Can't wait to continue using this item and seeing the results.

Great idea to combine with exercise and diet.Worked for first dozen times.I packed it away properly and only needed to charge it once.....great!...then I put it on and it kept giving shocks!! . Not pleasant especially on the backside!!Checked it over and it seems intact so just my bad luck maybe.Personally I've a tens machine so I can pop that on🤔

Baught on a wim to try it out. I used to be quite active when I was younger but now I'm unable to do much due to bad knees. This has lifted and toned my butt an hips. I have used everyday for the 15mins. Its lifted my flat ass an plumped it. It does come with a bit of pain, so I started off on the 1st setting and worked my way up. Recommend.

I originally bought this to tone my hip area after weightloss but turned out it helped to open up all the knots and aches on my tail bone that I was suffering from since months now! I have no doubt it will be great for toning and shaping too but it will obviously take a month or so to see those results.
