I purchased this for my daughter's rats. It took me almost 2 days to finish building. I had to take it apart no less than 3 times due to holes being drilled in the wrong areas, the instructions being incorrect, or having to repair parts as I go. I have also had to make modifications as one of the provided pieces left a 1 inche gap that the rats could fit through since it was also incredibly flimsy. The multiple levels are nice, but supported only by a ramp on one side. I worry that they will start to sag as soon as the boys start running around. The paint and wood are also poor quality with many areas chipping or bubbled. There is no sealant on the wood, so I believe it will also be impossible to keep clean and smell free. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

This product is the size that i wanted, definitely big enough for both of my rats. they absolutely love this cage and i really like the modern color scheme. i hate wire cages and this one they can lay on the wood and i know they are comfortable. room for multiple hide outs and hammocks. instructions could be better but a solid cage overall.

Great Cage for Small Pets, But Needs a Few TweaksI got this cage for my ferret, and overall it works really well! It has multiple levels that give him plenty of space to explore, climb, and nap. The storage box on the side is a nice bonus—I keep his food, treats, and supplies in there, which helps keep everything organized.The design looks nice and blends into the room better than some bulky wire cages. The doors are large enough to reach in easily for cleaning and playtime, which is a big plus.That said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:• The ramps could be a bit sturdier (I ended up making small adjustments so they were more secure).• Depending on how mischievous your pet is, you may want to reinforce some of the latches. My ferret hasn’t managed an escape yet, but I could see a determined one giving it a try!Overall, it’s a solid and stylish cage option if you don’t want a typical pet-store look. My ferret seems happy, and that’s what matters most. 🦦

Instructions were unclear, and you needed to get screws that they didn’t supply. If you don’t have a drill you’ll have to buy one. The screws will shred and damage the wood if you don’t put them in a certain way. Waste of money. They state that your pet won’t chew on the wood, well both my rats have chewed up the inside of the cage.

Its a nice cage but took me A couple days to put it together, was missing a piece, got a couple splinters because some places weren’t smooth and there was some like hot glue on the shelf

This product is very poorly made, it comes in a million pieces and it took 3 hours to put together. The wood is very soft and the wire mesh is very thin. 2 of the ladders for the inside of the cage broke just trying to put them in. There is no protection on the wood and the bottom drawer is covered in a piece of plexy glass. Which allows my ferrets to potty on the wood sides. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for a ferret cage

So many pieces, including smaller ones. Some smaller pieces were not marked properly so had to fix when noticed. Took longer than expected to put together due to the smaller pieces. But packaged well, and nice size cage. Though guinea pigs have yet to explore all the levels yet :).

NO STARS!!!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! Hard to read instructions took three days to build and I am Handicapped. Not very good quality wood. Does not deter chewing. Missing parts. Shipping cost the same price as the purchase price, not worth it. Very very very poor construction. Do not waste your money or your time with this product. ‘NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!’
