Nice easy transaction
Great laptop and good communication with the seller. Only downside is that it came with a US keyboard layout and stickers to make it appear a UK layout.

Unbelievable quality and value for money!
Out of the box - perfect, not a mark on it and if you can tell the difference between this and a brand new one, you are a better man than me…apart from the saving of 50% off retail! Great machine - my son is over the moon with a piece of kit with Pentium 7 technology, Bang & Olufsen sound a real versatility in terms of touch screen usability.

Please Return My Money
The laptop didn't fulfill my expectations and the reasons for my purchase. I encountered an issue with the keyboard backlight. It does not function at all as promised, and there is no dedicated key to activate it, which was mentioned in the product description. This oversight is disappointing, as I had anticipated being able to use the backlight feature for better visibility in low-light conditions as it is a crucial feature for me. I have returned the laptop to the seller and tracked the process, it has been delivered since 13th October 2025 and chose that my money be refunded, yet no refund was done. I have tried reaching out to the seller on several occasions but they won't pick up and when I left a voicemail message, still no response. Please, you have your laptop returned back to you and all I requested is for my money to be refunded, please.

Performance and condition exceptional
This is a great product and very versatile it is a refurbished machine so some very minor scratches to the side but overall looked like new. Had an issue with the charger and contacted the company within a day a new charger was with me great communication will deffo use again. I use my laptop for editing YouTube videos and against my alien gaming laptop this performs very well at a quarter of the price. Great system, good quality and great customer service thanks 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
