Best chocolate to make hot chocolate.

I love how this Chocolate just has basic ingredients and no fillers and emulsifiers., etc. Most regular Milk Chocolate does not taste like chocolate anymore, but fillers and emulsifiers. I wish this chocolate were a little more chocolatey, but I'll take the mild natural taste. There is a slight fruity like flavor that all high quality chocolate has. The texture is perfect-not fatty and soft and not hard. Just in between.

We have a soy allergy in our home and so being soy free is a big deal for us. These taste great and the quality is wonderful. For soy free, which is a rare find in a chocolate bar, these have good value for your money. You’ll love them.

I'm sure this is a good product but was just not for me. It was much too hard for me to chew comfortably and I was quite surprised that it didn't taste like milk chocolate, with bittersweet flavor of dark, which I dislike.
