This ice machine is an absolute disgrace! I purchased it in July 2025, and it completely failed after just one month, displaying a maddening E2 error code. I checked the water pump—it’s fine—so the issue is clearly with the defective cooling system or the useless computer inside. To make matters worse, the machine sporadically emits an infuriatingly loud noise, disrupting everything! I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but it’s like shouting into a void—zero response. I called and messaged the seller through Amazon, and both attempts were utterly futile. This is beyond unacceptable; I demand a fix or a replacement for this worthless piece of junk! (Photos and videos will be uploaded later)

Edit they finally made it right after about two weeks sent me a new top and we’re back in order! I bought this brand new in the beginning of August of this year not even 4 months later it’s throwing a e2 code! Won’t make ice or anything I’ve tried everything restarting it unplugging for 24 hours and plugging back in and it keeps throwing the same code! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK! Me and my fiancé own a nutrition shop and have had to close the last 2 days while we figure this out! Oh not to mention I’ve been calling/ emiling this company the last 2 days with no response! I’d give 0 stars if I could!

Machine itself is slightly smaller than it appears on the description. However, looks like good workmanship. When we installed unit per manufacturer's instruction, Ice Machine shows a E2. When we looked at the installation manual, we were notified that the E2 means an anomaly with icemaking process/no refrigerant. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the ice machine itself. Left email with manufacturer to see if we can get some direction from them. No response from manufacterure within 24 hours, even though manual says The Euhomy team is available 24/7 on the first page of the manual. Was excited to get this for our company and are disappointed it worked. There was also no chance to just send back and receive another one. We now have to cancel order and reorder.

THIS MACHINE STORAGE DOES NOT HOLD 250 POUNDS OF ICE. IT ONLY HOLDS LIKE 170 POUNDS OF ICE. AN IT DOEST MAKE 400 POUNDS OF ICE IN 24 HOURS. THE NUMBERS THEY SAID IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. THE PRODUCT DOESNT DO WHAT IT SAYS. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER IS NO GOOD. YOU NEVER GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM AN I STILL HAVENT GOT A REPLY YET!!!! THERE IS NO MANUEL AN IT DOESNT SAY WHAT SIZE THE HOSE CONNECTIONS ARE TO KNOW WHAT SIZE THE WATER FILTER CONNECTIONS MUST BE TO USE WITH THIS ICE MACHINE

Stay away from from EUHOMY I have E2 error on display and can’t fix the problem ! Customer Service sent me another top part but has exactly same issue !!! They sent another one but it’s just for prevent customer to Return ! Buy one common brand that has service nearby and pay at least for good one !

The machine is pretty much okay other than there is small leak at the inlet Supply the problem is the seller keeps saying they're going to fix it they're going to send the part and then they need one more thing they need another picture they need a telephone number they need a video they need this and that every time I hang up the phone or finish corresponding with them I think that my problem solved and then a month later I look back and they've requested some other thing that they really don't need but they're dragging their feet to resolve my problem. I don't trust the seller as far as the machine goes it's a little noisy for a break room but it works pretty good other than the leak

I had this professionally installed with a filter system for my business. Made ice for a month then started displaying the E2 error. Tried all the fixes that I could find online and on YouTube and nothing has worked. Unplugged for an hour, inspected for water and refrigerant leaks, checked water pressure, lowered ice hardness level, long hold power button, etc, etc. I just called a technician and now I will have to deal with that cost so that I can have dependable ice. Junk.

Just purchased this item and it does not work. It says E2 on the front. I’ve tried to contact the company. It rings and rings and rings and then they hang up on me.
